• We’re delighted to announce new partnerships with Design I.D. and Sprinks Construction. We look forward to supporting their IT needs and fostering successful collaborations.
• We've enhanced network security by installing Fortinet firewalls for Design I.D. and improved Wi-Fi capabilities for Alandale Residential Home, ensuring robust and reliable connections.
• Helping Gardner&Co digitise their operations has been a significant project, enhancing their workflows. We're also assisting Denne Joinery with Synology solutions to streamline their data management and storage.
• Our team completed extensive cabling and infrastructure work during Robinson Allfree's office refurbishment. The upgraded IT setup supports their business operations seamlessly.
• We’re conducting a thorough Business Continuity Plan and cybersecurity audit for Robinson Allfree. This ensures they are well-prepared for any potential disruptions and can mitigate risks effectively.
• We’re gearing up for a major storage and migration project for Sprinks Construction. Our goal is to enhance their data management and ensure a smooth transition to new systems.
• A big shoutout to David, our IT Support Engineer, for recently passing his driving test (with 0 minors)! David has been a valuable member of our team this past year, and we're thrilled to see him achieve this milestone.

Tips and Tricks for December

• Boost Your Cyber Defences by regularly updating software and systems, Implementing multi-factor authentication, and conducting regular security audits.
• Outlook Shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + M This combination opens a new email message window instantly. It's a quick way to start composing a new email without navigating through the menus!

Holiday Closure Notice

Please note that our office will be closed for the Christmas holidays from the end of the day on 20th December. We will reopen and resume normal operations on 2nd January. However, there will be cover for business-critical issues during this period.
